PROFILED STRENGTHS THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED INCLUDE:-

CORE STRENGTHS: Courage, Resilience, Ability to overcome short or long term challenges. How they react to long and short term good events. These core strengths influence overall levels of confidence, courage and enthusiasm.

COMMUNICATION STYLE: Use of emotional, auditory or visual language. I.E. How they communicate with people; how they approach tasks, systems or processes. Do they even have a system for handling tasks, systems or processes?

OPTIMISM: How do they feel about the future? Are they Optimistic or Pessimistic? Do they see a challenge such as not gaining a sale as a short term setback or a long term challenge?

ATTITUDE: Does this person have the ability to break through challenges?

LEARNING STRATEGIES: Do they have high levels of efficiency or attention to detail? Are they good at people communication and relationship management? Do they complete tasks projects?

MOTIVATION DRIVERS: The difference that makes the difference. Profiles reveal a procrastinator or a decision maker.

How they compare with the strengths and character traits of the other members of the team (i.e. will they fit?)
